Each active property on OpenPasture counts as one listing. Sold, withdrawn, or draft properties do not count toward your limit. You can archive old listings and replace them with new ones at any time.
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Featured listings appear at the top of search results and on the homepage carousel. Professional agents get 2 featured slots per month; Agency agents get unlimited featured slots included.
Absolutely not. OpenPasture charges only the monthly subscription. Your commission arrangements with your clients are entirely your own business.
The Professional plan includes a 3-month free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you'll be invited to enter billing details. No charges are made during the trial period.
